![]() | “I chose to study at the University of Debrecen because of my family origin as well as the student diversification. I knew it would be insightful and interesting to see all the different cultures people come from and the perspectives they have. Studying at this university gives the chance to work on and expand global perspective which is very valued in today's society. I have traveled to Debrecen prior to applying and it gave the impression of a calm yet lively university.” - Greta, from the USA |
| “Debrecen was the first foreign city I visited back in 2018. The fun fact is that I remember when I applied for the scholarship, I selected the University of Debrecen mostly because I liked its name, but the truth is, if I had the option to choose again, I would not change a thing. The city is quiet and simple, yet you get the chance to meet friends you call family. University life here is diverse and you can enjoy going to festivals, parties, events, play all kind of sports and travel while focusing on your education as well.” - Ines, from Tunisia | ![]() |
